The student is well dressed, and is carrying books to do with law and business, which automatically gives off the impression the the student is rather intelligent. The background is black and the students clothing is black and white, the masthead "college lifestyle" is green, so with all the other colours this stands out really well but still does not take the attention off the student/model. There is many headlines/stories on this magazine the main one been "dance hall's bright future", you can tell this because it is the headline that stands out the most.


The magazine will have been produced by the specific college. The male used to model for the magazine is black so this shows the college accepts people of different race's. The magazine also has a ride variety of things to read up about to give you all the right information you need to know about the college.

Its also good showing the college does not mind what race you are to attend. The wide variety of stories in the magazine also makes the college look good as it's giving you plenty of information.
